Executive Summary
In 2020, the TMT Tahya Masr Multi-Purpose Port Quays (Berths 55–62) project was executed in Alexandria for EGMPT – Egyptian Group for Multi-Purpose Terminals.
The project involved large-scale reclamation, advanced soil improvement techniques, and the construction of high-capacity quay walls and terminal infrastructure to support multi-purpose port operations.

Client Challenge
The project required the execution of massive reclamation and soil improvement works to create a stable foundation for port infrastructure, while constructing deep-draught quay walls and terminal facilities within a tight schedule. Coordinating multiple soil improvement techniques, piling systems, and marine works across a large terminal area demanded precise planning, high productivity, and strict quality control.
